The East Bradford Dental Benefit Plan
At East Bradford Dental, we try to find ways to help our patients without dental insurance. Our Dental Benefit Plan is not insurance, but rather a discount plan, good for treatment completed only at East Bradford Dental.
Annual Membership Includes:
Two regular dental cleanings
- If child is under the age of 18 then the cleaning includes one topical fluoride treatment per year
X-Rays
- Adults are entitled to receive 1 series of six X-rays per year
- Children Under 18 are entitled to 1 set of Bitewing X-rays per year
- Discounted treatment. All members receive a special discounted fee schedule which is automatically applied to any treatment rendered. This fee schedule can only be applied to currently enrolled patients and is non transferrable.
Annual Membership Fees
Membership is good for one year from enrollment date
Adults: $299
Teen (age 13-18): $249
Child (age 1-12): $199
Exclusions: The plan does not apply to any completed treatment, treatment in progress or any other promotions. The plan expires exactly one year from date of enrollment. All benefits unused at expiration will expire and do not carry over nor are they eligible for partial refund
